I got home from my trip to Sheffield, Alabama today tired and sleepy. I was SO ready for bed. I sat up a few minutes to talk to the wife as I hadn’t seen her since early this morning. I wasn’t in the best of moods when I got there but she helped put my mind at ease (as she is prone to doing) and I thought I was ready for bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So to bed I went. I lay there. I tossed. I turned. I vaped a little. I sipped a drink. I rolled. And now, I am in the living room in my night shorts writing in this damn blog instead of sleeping because I can’t seem to get into the mindset to actually sleep. I’m tired; God knows how tired I am. Maybe I’m too tired to sleep. I’ve heard it said it can be so and I am really feeling that this might be the explanation that fits it best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s no secret that I am going through a rough stretch financially right now. It’s not unrecoverable and no one here at the old homestead is going to starve anytime soon; We’re jut having to tighten our belts and keep from doing stupid stuff with the money we have (which is actually RJK keeping me from doing stupid stuff, but I’m certain you probably already figured that out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
