I drink decaf coffee. \u2615<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There. I said it. Moving along&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking of which, I cannot convince RJK that coffee she makes for me is better than coffee I make for myself. Here&#8217;s the weird thing: We use a Keurig brewer, we use the same coffee pods, we add the same number of Equal packs (I&#8217;m a beady-eyed, sidewalk sissy when it comes to coffee), and use milk \ud83e\udd5b from the same jug for creamer. Hell, I&#8217;m pretty sure we could make a cup simultaneously and hers&#8230; well, it just tastes different. Better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, let me clarify a few things. I&#8217;m not saying all this to be &#8220;sweet&#8221; \ud83d\udc94. Nor am I saying this to just sweet-talk her into making my coffee. Heck, it&#8217;s two minutes, and most of that time is waiting for the brewer to boot up. If I could figure out how or what to do differently to get my coffee to taste like hers, we wouldn&#8217;t be having this conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yet, here we are. You and I. Talking about how two different people use the exact same ingredients to make an extremely easy recipe, yet one person&#8217;s recipe tastes better than the other&#8217;s attempt \ud83e\udd47\ud83e\udd48.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t know. I don&#8217;t get it \ud83d\ude2d.
