So, apparently I had made a decision earlier last week that management has decided might be a bad decision. They decided that they needed to look into it more and, unfortunately, they decided to do this just before the Thanksgiving holidays. This basically means that they were on a temporary vacation from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving until the Monday after, which is tomorrow. Mind you, I kinda understand that these times are predetermined, but they have put me on administrative hold the ENTIRE DANG TIME. This basically means that I have not worked in almost an entire week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not only does that bore me to death but it also makes for a small paycheck just before the Christmas holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The worst part of this trial by tribunal is that I have not been allowed to speak on my own behalf. So far, they have relied on the words of my general manager and the video from the van. Without going into details, I am not trying to deny anything seen in the video, but they are not aware of the circumstances around the incident that change the perspective of the video. I was told that I would have the opportunity to speak on my behalf, and I really hope that will be tomorrow. I want more than any dang thing to get this behind me and get back to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In other news, I re-arranged my nightstand to make it a little more efficient. I made it a little easier to get to my firearm if necessary. I also de-cluttered the general contents, threw quite a few things away, and put some things into temporary storage to get them out of the way. Hopefully, I won’t have to do this for quite a while, because I truly dislike the whole re-arranging thing (unless it is my desk space, and that is almost like a hobby). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
